The Digi-Fill uses a gear pump concept as a metering device to fill correct amounts of gels or liquids into containers.
Each revolution or part revolution of the pump delivers an exact amount of product into the container. The amount delivered is controlled by a digital electronic counter, which counts 18 parts per revolution.
The dispensed volume can be adjusted from 5 ml up to several liters with accuracy greater than 0.5%.
The pump is driven by an electrical AC motor, which is controlled by a frequency inverter and microprocessor. The speed of motor is adjustable from zero to full speed.
Human interface is achieved using a combined keypad and touch screen, which has bas been designed to allow the user the simplest way to interact with the main computer.
Various functional machine parameters are controlled by touch screen, more intuitive and more convenient.
